Bimmerfest Event Coverage Part 3

Every year in SoCal, there will be one event that’s specific to an automotive brand and last Saturday, the biggest and baddest event for BMW owners took place, called Bimmerfest. It’s been 12 years since its opening at Rose Bowl located in Pasadena, CA and every single year, a turnout of more than 600 cars and thousands of spectators is expected. All the major medias, not only magazine and blogs, but also live Television broadcast stations, come to do coverage and occasionally, you will encounter some famous stars who either drive a BMW or an enthusiast. The excitement goes on with the amount of vendors and sponsors. More than 50 vendors/sponsors come to participate with the BMW crowd, such as BBS wheels, Smartwax, Nitto Tires, VMR wheels, and much more. This year’s event was sponsored by the well-known HorsePowerFreaks and the cars that came out to represent each booth were absolutely stunning. The cars you usually don’t see at local meets or events will attend Bimmerfest, dropping jaws from every angle.

Although the turnout is much more than an ordinary event, Bimmerfest is an actual ‘event’ where prizes are awarded, but most of the attendees come to relax and talk with fellow BMW owners. Enjoy our coverage of Bimmerfest 2011.
