Stance Works UK Meet

As the weather in the United Kingdom is starting to perk up a little bit of sunshine is gradually appearing through the sky thus meaning car enthusiasts are officially put of winter mode and into the 2011 event season which is well on its way. The 1st StanceWorks UK Meet was located in Milton Keynes just north-west of London back in early February and attracted 50+ cars of all varieties but all had 1 thing in common which is a dead giveaway by the name and it is Stance. So with the successful attendance achieved as it got its own little section into the well known UK car magazines Performance BMW & Performance VW, there was no doubt that another one would be happening in the future and on Sunday 27th March the 2nd StanceWorks UK Meet was held.

This time the location had moved from the hockey stadium car park in Milton Keynes to the MK Dons football(soccer) stadium car park which was quite bigger and was set at 12:30pm. A huge mix of cars showed up and the quality of detail on every single car there shows the UK has stepped it's game up. The BMW variety there was impressive as each were different in detail but so amazing including a Blue E46 equipped with Havair Air-Ride System rolling on Gotti's, A black E36 slammed on white BBS style 5's, A blue E36 on E34 M5 Throwing Stars, A Silver E46 Touring on OZ Mito's, A black E46 sitting on yellow BBS style 5's and a few other BMW's

The Vag & Jap percentage of cars there was half and half with the Lowdailys crew showing their car collection which included a red MK1 Mazda MX5 decked on Work Equip's tucked deep in to the arches, a Honda Civic on banded G60 steels, a MK3 VW Golf repping a set of Corvette Turbines & a MK7 VW Polo on Borbet T's. Also there was a Nissan Silvia PS13 on Rays TE37's that caught my eye and was awesome, parked on the other side of the car park was a R34 Skyline fully stripped and looked prepped to go sideways whilst causing alot of smoke in the process.

The StanceWorks UK Meet had done it again by getting another successful turnout and its safe to say that its only going to get better in the future with expectance of more cars. Already the members of the UK section on the StanceWorks Forum have announced the date for the next meet which will be on the 15th May 2011 at the same location and at the same time.
