AMG and Ducati Form Partnership

Mercedes-Benz performance division AMG plus Italian motorbike maker Ducati making a partnership? Means something spectacular for the auto industry! Earlier at the Los Angeles motor show today they announced a new partnership.

"AMG and Ducati ideally complement each other...This long-term cooperation will help us to jointly access new customer groups," said Ola Källenius, CEO of AMG.

But what does this partnership entail?

Well, at first it will be about joint marketing and sponsoring. AMG will become a sponsor for Ducati's MotoGP Team. And at selected events, AMG vehicles will be provided to Ducati customers for test drives as will Ducati performance motorbikes be available for clients at AMG events.

What comes after that...who knows.
